Return & Refund Policy – Clawear Sri Lanka
Returns are free of charge. Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail, and the return must be sent within 15 days from the date you received your parcel.
How to Return an Item
You can easily return items by following these steps:
Let us know which items you wish to return by registering your return online using your order number and registered email address.
Package the items in a suitable bag or box, preferably the original packaging. No paperwork is required inside the parcel.
A courier partner will collect your return and attach the return label at the time of pickup.
You will receive proof of return—please keep this for your records.
If your order was delivered in multiple packages, you can return them the same way by registering each return online.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you will be notified via email within 14 days. If you do not receive any update, please contact us.
Return Eligibility
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
A handling charge of is applicable on all return orders. To avoid this charge, we recommend placing an exchange order instead.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 30 working days.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items and are subject to availability of size.
To request an exchange, log in to your account and place an exchange request directly. There are no additional charges for exchange orders.
If the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as a gift voucher.
